Insurance Information & Options

In-Network Plans

We are in-network with nearly every commercial insurance company.  If you don’t see your insurance listed, don’t worry!  New insurance plans pop up all of the time and we are continually adding insurances.

Out-of-Network Plans

We currently accept Tricare and United Healthcare patients as out of network.

Our Process

We will call your insurance company prior to your child’s first visit to determine insurance benefits.

We ask that you also call your insurance company to verify coverage and understand your benefits.

Please note that the information provided during the verification process is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.  Coverage and payment are not determined until the claim is received and processed by your insurance carrier.  Copays, deductibles, and payment for non-covered services are due at time of service.

How Does it Work?

  • Authorization: Approval from a health plan before you receive health care services or to continue receiving care.  Insurances that require authorization typically require chart notes to justify medical necessity.
  • Co-Insurance: The percentage you will have to pay after your deductible has been met.  The co-insurance amount may vary depending on services provided.
  • Co-Pay: The fixed dollar amount you will have to pay for a covered health care service or visit.
  • Deductible: The amount of money you owe for health care services before your health insurance pays anything.
  • Out of Pocket Maximum: The most you will have to pay for health care services before your insurance company pays for everything.
  • Visit Limit: The amount of visits an insurance plan allows.
